1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zt99 ("zt99", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the zt99 online gaming platform accessible at zt99.bid and any associated services, mobile applications, or software products (collectively, the "Services").

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The zt99 platform is operated primarily for users in Pakistan. Players are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. zt99 makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or legally available in all locations. Accessing zt99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done at the Player's own risk and discretion.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

When creating your zt99 account you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details. Providing false information at the time of registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each natural person may hold only one registered account on zt99 at any given time. The creation of additional accounts — whether to circumvent promotions, evade a suspension, or for any other reason — is strictly forbidden. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered account will be permanently closed and any bonus winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zt99 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. zt99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify zt99's support team immediately via live chat.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

zt99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to ensure platform integrity. You may be asked to submit copies of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the stated time period may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

zt99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms
• Fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour
• Use of software designed to gain unfair advantage
• Provision of false registration information
• Engagement in money laundering or other financial crimes

Where a suspension is deemed unjustified following internal review, zt99 will restore full account access and any withheld balances within a reasonable timeframe.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zt99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, and USDT. Availability of specific channels may vary by transaction type. Processing times for each channel are displayed at the time of transaction initiation.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on zt99 is 500 PKR. Withdrawal minimums and maximum daily limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice. Players who have active bonus balances should review the applicable bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal, as premature withdrawal requests may result in bonus forfeiture.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by zt99's finance team during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed on the next available business day. Raast-based bank withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and other participating institutions typically settle same day when submitted during banking hours, subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule.

4.4 Payment Method Matching

For security and anti-fraud purposes, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method and account holder name used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. zt99 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals to new payment destinations.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, wins, and transactions on zt99 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where USDT deposits are accepted, the applicable PKR conversion rate at the time of deposit will be displayed prior to confirmation and will be final.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, zt99 makes available promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered using eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed. Bets placed on excluded games during an active bonus period will not contribute towards wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

zt99 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic exploitation of offer structures, matched betting using zt99 promotions, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, zt99 reserves the right to void bonus balances, void related winnings, and suspend the account without prior notice.

6 Games & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Availability

zt99's game library includes live casino tables, jackpot slots, accumulator sports betting, and cockfighting streams. The availability of specific games or betting markets may change at any time due to software updates, provider availability, or operational decisions. zt99 accepts no liability for the temporary or permanent removal of any game or market from the platform.

6.2 Void Bets and Cancelled Games

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or verifiable system error that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, zt99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. No interest or compensation will be paid in respect of voided bets.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet or game round are displayed within each game and/or betting market. These limits may be adjusted at any time and may differ between player account tiers. It is the Player's responsibility to review applicable limits before placing any wager.

6.4 Accumulator Betting Rules

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must be correct for the accumulator to return a winning payout. 7 Prohibited Conduct

No content from the zt99 platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, or commercially exploited without express prior written consent from zt99.

Your use of the zt99 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zt99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform or its Services. This includes, without limitation:

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation, zt99's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the value of funds held in your zt99 account at the time the claim arises.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in connection with your zt99 account is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
